Pehle Samjho is an educational research desk for the Pakistan Stock Exchange; we collect only what we need to run the site, keep your account safe, and improve the product; we do not sell your personal information; this policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

References to “we”, “us”, or “Pehle Samjho” mean the operators of this website and related coaching tools; we are not affiliated with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) or the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP); content is educational only and is not licensed investment advice.

Depending on how you use the product, we may process:

• Account details when you sign in (email, and a one-way hash of your password if you use email sign-in - we do not store the password itself. Google sign-in uses provider identity instead).
• Workspace data you create after signing in (for example watchlists, paper trades, chat prompts, and saved preferences).
• Technical logs needed to run and secure the service (IP address, browser type, approximate timestamps, error reports).
• Local device storage (for example session tokens or short-lived caches that make pages load faster).
• Public market data you request through the site (symbols, screens, and research pages). That market data comes from third-party market sources and is not “your” personal data.

• Provide free public pages (market today, stock list, company research, beginner guides).
• Authenticate you and keep your signed-in workspace available across sessions.
• Answer coaching questions and run educational tools you request.
• Operate, secure, debug, and improve performance of the product.
• Comply with law where we are required to do so.

We do not use your personal data to give SECP-licensed buy/sell recommendations; coaching outputs are educational explanations and checklists.

If you use the AI coach, your prompts and related context may be sent to our backend and to third-party language-model providers so we can generate a reply; do not paste secrets, passwords, or sensitive personal documents into the coach; treat coach answers as homework aids, not orders.

We use essential cookies or local/session storage for sign-in, security, and basic product function (for example remembering a session or caching a stock directory so the page loads faster); we do not run third-party advertising trackers as part of the core educational desk.

We may share limited information with:

• Infrastructure providers that host the site, databases, or caches.
• Authentication or model providers needed to sign you in or answer coach prompts.
• Paddle.com when you buy credit packs - Paddle processes payment, tax, and invoicing as Merchant of Record.
• Authorities if required by applicable law.

We do not sell personal information.

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, backups, and legal requirements; public browsing logs are kept only as long as needed for operations; you may ask us to delete account data where feasible; some records may remain in backups for a limited time.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information; no online service is perfectly secure - choose a unique password, keep it private, and sign out on shared devices; if you use Google sign-in, also protect that Google account.

The product is aimed at adults learning about listed markets; if you believe a minor has provided personal data, contact us so we can delete it where appropriate.

• Browse many public pages without creating an account.
• Sign out and clear site data in your browser to remove local session/cache items.
• Request access or deletion of account-held personal data by contacting us through the channels published on the site.

We may update this policy as the product evolves; the “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do; continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
