Does a name being in the KSE-100 mean I should buy it?
No. Membership means the stock is one of the larger, more liquid names used in that index - not a recommendation. Open one share-price page and read filings.
How is KSE-100 different from PSX market today?
PSX market today covers breadth across listed ordinary shares. KSE-100 today is only the index constituent list. Both are study boards, not the official exchange site.
