By using Pehle Samjho you agree to these terms; the product is an educational research and coaching desk for Pakistan Stock Exchange topics; it is not a broker, not a signal service, and not SECP-licensed investment advice; you remain responsible for your own decisions.

If you do not agree, do not use the site or signed-in tools; if you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Pehle Samjho may provide:

• Public market story pages, stock directories, and company research views.
• Educational explanations, checklists, and optional AI coaching.
• Paper (simulated) trading and workspace tools after sign-in.

Pehle Samjho is not:

• A licensed broker, portfolio manager, or investment adviser.
• A source of guaranteed profits, “sure shot” tips, or personalized buy/sell orders.
• Affiliated with PSX, SECP, CDC, or any listed company simply because their data appears here.

You should be old enough under your local laws to use online financial-education tools; if you are under the age of majority where you live, use the product only with appropriate guardian supervision where required.

• Keep your login credentials confidential and sign out on shared devices.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape aggressively, or misuse the coach.

You agree not to:

• Use the coach or research pages to solicit illegal activity or to publish defamatory content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer non-public parts of the service.
• Misrepresent coach output as licensed advice or as our endorsement of a trade.
• Copy or redistribute substantial market datasets from the site in violation of upstream data rights.

Quotes, charts, filings summaries, and fundamentals may be delayed, incomplete, cached, or unavailable for some symbols; we do not guarantee timeliness or completeness; numbers can differ from your broker terminal; when statements are missing from our warehouse, we may show a study checklist instead of inventing financials - that is intentional.

Coach replies are generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated; they are for literacy and research workflow only; you must not treat them as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

Paper trades are simulations for learning; they do not move real money, do not create a brokerage relationship, and may not match live fills, fees, taxes, or corporate actions exactly.

The Pehle Samjho name, branding, interface, and original educational content are protected as applicable; market data and company filings remain subject to their respective owners’ rights; you may not use our branding in a way that implies endorsement without permission.

Some signed-in tools - especially the AI coach - may use a credit balance in metered mode; credits are prepaid software access units for educational coaching, not brokerage services, investment advice, or guaranteed research outcomes.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com; paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders; paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns; payment queries for Paddle checkout should be directed to Paddle support through your receipt, or to us at [email protected] for account access issues.

Digital credit packs are generally non-refundable once consumed; if you bought credits by mistake, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your Paddle receipt and account email; unused credit balances may be refunded or reversed at our discretion where required by applicable consumer law; coach replies already delivered against credits are not refundable as a separate line item.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement; we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pehle Samjho and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, opportunity costs, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, coach replies, missing data, or downtime; your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pehle Samjho from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your reliance on educational content as if it were licensed advice.

We may change features, limits, or these terms; material updates will refresh the “Last updated” date; we may stop offering parts of the service at any time; provisions that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, IP) continue after termination.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence say otherwise; courts in Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction except where the law requires otherwise.
